We may process technical information such as IP addresses and security logs when necessary to operate, secure and protect the service.

We use your information to provide and improve the service, manage your account and projects, process subscriptions and orders, send transactional emails, respond to your messages and keep the platform secure.

We process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing the service, subscriptions and orders), for our legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention), to comply with legal obligations such as accounting, and on the basis of your consent where it is required.
Data Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and afterwards only as required to meet legal, accounting or security obligations.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run Sozaik: Stripe for payments and subscriptions, and Resend for sending emails. We also use a managed authentication service and secure hosted storage to operate accounts and store your content. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver its service.
