Acceptance of Terms
Sozaik is an online platform, operated by Soforge SASU, that helps you turn images into brick mosaic designs, save projects and—where available—share your creations. By accessing or using Sozaik you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy and Cookie policies; if you do not agree, please do not use the service.
User Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where applicable.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Sozaik lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or to other users' data. You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing or that violates the rights of others.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the images, projects and other content you upload. You grant Soforge the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content so that we can operate the service for you.
Projects and Generated Designs
Mosaic designs and build guides generated from your images are created for your own use. You are responsible for ensuring that you hold the rights to any image you upload and convert.
Community and Public Content
If you post in the community, comment on the blog or use a public profile, you are responsible for what you share. We may moderate, remove or restrict content that breaches these terms or applicable law.
Paid Plans and Billing
Sozaik offers a paid Pro plan billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider, Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel your plan at any time from your account.
Intellectual Property
Sozaik, its name, logo, software and design belong to Soforge SASU and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or software beyond using the service as intended.
Availability of Service
We work to keep Sozaik available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
Termination
You may stop using Sozaik and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for unlawful behavior.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Soforge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law, and any disputes fall under the competent courts of Paris, France, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
